About

Let me Introduce Myself. I am above all else a mother to a child that has taught me more about courage than any human I have ever met. Now 21, her ability to overcome has never failed to leave me in awe.

I have a Degree in Business, and have always focused on the needs of my community over the years; created and designed and allowed to be published by larger organizations, books and programs for the needy in our County at no charge, some expanded into National Programs.

In 2000 my daughter was caught as a victim of a crime, then again in 2002 in which both incidents almost took her life. In one the attacker was placed into prison, leaving me to pick up the pieces as most of us do in such things.  For several years I remained home caring for my daughter who developed Post Stress severely, and found myself giving up my career and all my benefits with it to get her stabilized.

In 2004 or that time, a lump was found in my left breast and the right showed an abnormality.  Not having insurance due to staying home with my daughter, the abnormality was dismissed.  In 2006 it returned in the form of a right bleeding breast. Denied assistance I filed a Fourth District Court Case in Palm Beach County, unaware of what I had inadvertently begun to expose by opening up a court case. I was immediately offered medical services and the case was then mute.  I was told I had a “wart” in the right breast and the left lump declared benign.

In 2008, the left breast began to bleed.  Seeking assistance at the age of 50, I found myself thrust into the middle of chaos towards medical care.  None of it was gentle, respective or productive.

Denied medical care,  and not being able to gain answers as to why the left now was bleeding, and just weeks later the right would also show blood, I refused to be sent home with you are fine diagnosis.

In just days as I asked questions, a hospital threatened and acted on having me arrested for trying to gain my medical files.  Days later, Komen would try another incarceration.  I was sent for an ultrasound and told there was nothing wrong with my condition. A presiding surgeon ordered a surgical biopsy but the hospital would just hours later block that.   Still the bleeding persisted and research shows, Blood is never a good thing in the woman’s breast.  My options were to accept and die, or continue.

I continued.  The County placed me under the Local Health District care after I was refused entrance into the Medicaid program against the law. That disqualified me, another victim of disqualification in our state, from the CDC program, because I then had ‘insurance’ so they stated.

Sent to doctors chosen by Barbara Soloman, Director of Risk Management,  of the PB County Health District, I have been misdiagnosed by three different Doctors with what we exposed was intentional, under her direction. The bleeding was found in November of 2008 and to this date, I have been blocked from medical care.

The purpose of the county program is to ensure I do not qualify for the CDC program and gain medical assistance. It also permits the definition of my test results. Unfortunately, my outcome of survival at this stage does not look good if I have cancer.
A Representative has requested a criminal investigation by FDLE and we are pending their reactions.

As this grew so did those getting involved as it became clear, I was not the only victim of the scam being imposed upon behind closed doors and our researches began to confirm our greatest fears. There were more…………

CDC responded to a Freedom of Information Act concerning the distribution of tax dollars into Florida, stating they would refuse to release such for at least 9 months. We suspect this is the length of time they expect cancerous cells to travel to a major organ in my body without treatment.  It is also the time frame of the just announced bid of Governor Charlie Crist’s run for the Senate in which he will dislodge himself from responsibility of the killing of women by those he has appointed into Office.

His responsibility will appear far less once he has resigned office.

How do I cope? I simply do.  My daughter has been a great teacher of surving in spite of and I who once taught her about life, find myself instead being taught by my own child.

We are attempting to raise funds that I can seek service out of the County and State, but I doubt I have the time, should that ever come about.

Each of the Doctors have complaints filed against them, however,  as you will see in future blogs, the organization of the medical field has been encouraged by such Organizations as the Florida Medical Association to go to lengths to protect each other, even to the detriment of the citizens of our State.

We do not know, how many women have been falsely diagnosed, sent home with cancer, illegally kicked out of programs, and certainly how rampant the CDC center is as a major distributor of Federal Tax Dollars, with no oversights or even an Acting Director at this writing.

Nor do we know how National a Problem this actually is.  It is from posts, and letters from such places as this blog that we can finally start to collect and share with the American People from across the States.

Keep me in your prayers everyone, but just as importantly keep all women in such cases in your prayers.

May God be with you.

Cathy

  1. Responding to private tweets, I have chosen to provide my private Email for contact at Sami077@aol.com for any inquiries.
I will also be posting my daily events of this disturbing journey of my survival via the reply system apart from our Research of the Misuse of Federal and State Dollars by Special Interest groups. While one is as vital as the other, my condition is but an example of what women in our Nation face hidden behind closed doors.
